Delete your Kharcho account
You can request account deletion here even if you have uninstalled the app.
Request deletion by email
Email help@lionster.online with the subject “Delete my Kharcho account”. Send the request from the email address you use to sign in to Kharcho, and confirm that you want your account and associated personal data deleted. Do not include your password, bank account details, or identity documents.
We will verify that the account belongs to you before processing the request. If you cannot use your sign-in email address, explain that in your message so we can discuss how to verify your request.

Delete from Kharcho
If you can sign in, open Profile > Privacy and account > Delete account and complete the confirmation. You can use this option in the Android app or on the Kharcho website.
What deletion removes
Deletion removes your sign-in account, identifying profile details, payment identifiers, messages, notifications, invitations, device tokens, uploaded files, and your own personal tracker. A group you created with no other members is removed. If other members remain, another member becomes its administrator.
What remains in shared records
Other members still need the amounts and dates in their shared ledger. Expense shares and payments remain under a fresh, anonymous “Deleted member” identifier for each group. Descriptions of expenses you entered are replaced, payment notes involving you are cleared, and your receipts are removed. Amounts you entered in another person's personal tracker remain without your name or notes. These records are no longer linked to your sign-in account and remain while the shared group or tracker exists.
Content written by another member may still mention you. Include any such content in your request if you want us to review it. Technical logs and backups follow the applicable service providers' retention periods; deleting an account does not immediately erase every backup or historical crash report.
Before you delete
Account deletion is permanent. Review outstanding group balances and save any records you need first. Deleting Kharcho does not cancel or reverse payments made through a bank or another payment app.
